Each message should help the recipient do the next useful thing. The booking workflow, your saved communications settings and the guest’s preferences determine which messages are appropriate.

See the actual templates

The public Skape email gallery renders the application’s real templates with fictional Skape Escape Rooms demo details. Browse by message type and switch between desktop and phone widths. Every action is neutralized; the gallery cannot send mail, sign in, pay a balance, redeem a code or unsubscribe a real guest.

The suite includes booking confirmation, reminders, changes, cancellation, participant invitations, payment summaries, deposit balances, waivers, pre-arrival tips, photos, follow-up, room recommendations, campaigns, account access and staff/business messages. A retained template can exist without a connected sending workflow. The gallery marks the legacy team invitation accordingly.

Before the visit

Check that confirmation carries the correct room, time, player count and location. Arrival and waiver messages should say what guests need to do before reaching the desk. Payment requests should distinguish a deposit, full balance and an individual participant’s share.

Review venue branding and reply/contact details in the communications settings. Sending a preview to a customer repeatedly is not a design-review workflow; use the gallery and ask IOX to help review your account’s configuration.

During and after the visit

The front desk and game master should record the actual attendance, outcome and relevant photo state before using follow-up actions. A photo-sharing action may contact a recipient; verify the intended person and permission first.

Follow-up can provide photos, a review link, another room or a return offer when that workflow is configured. Optional marketing messages need appropriate consent and preference handling. Transactional booking information and a promotional campaign have different purposes.

Understand missing or duplicate mail

First check the booking/contact record, action history and available email analytics. Confirm that the workflow was triggered and enabled before blaming the recipient’s inbox. Inspect the address and spam folder through the guest’s own account; never request their password.

If delivery is uncertain, investigate before repeatedly using a send action. Provide IOX the message type, booking reference, approximate time and expected recipient through an appropriate private channel. Do not include a live login link, waiver token or payment link in a public screenshot.
